Infraneo Group Continues Its Growth in Europe with Two Major Acquisitions and a New President at the Helm
Infraneo Group Takes a Key Step in Its Development with the Acquisition of Nebest in the Netherlands and VIC GmbH in Germany. These strategic moves strengthen our international presence, now at the heart of 40% of our activities, and consolidate our ambition to become a leading engineering player in Europe.
To support this momentum, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Andrea BEGO GHINA as President.
A Civil Engineer and graduate of the Polytechnic University of Turin, Andrea BEGO GHINA has worked for many years with the Léon Grosse Group, his last position being Executive Director of Public Works, Civil Engineering, and Nuclear Activities. Since 2021, he has served as Vice President of Valgo Group, a specialist in environmental remediation and the redevelopment of industrial sites.
Nebest Joins Infraneo Group
With 260 employees, Nebest, headquartered in Vianen, Netherlands, offers a wide range of inspection, engineering, laboratory, and consulting services for the infrastructure, water networks, construction, and industrial sectors.
We are excited to rely on the experience and expertise of its CEO, Jeroen de Goeij, and his team to make Nebest our development platform in the region, accelerating our growth.
VIC GmbH Joins Infraneo Group*
Specializing in complex solutions for the preservation and development of infrastructures such as bridges and roads, VIC Group has been providing services in planning, verification, engineering, and testing for over 70 years. VIC Group and its subsidiaries bring together over 190 collaborators across 11 sites.
We are pleased to welcome the executive team members Shirley Wagner, Jörg Titel, Robert Mirau, and Stefan Pichottka, whose expertise and managerial qualities will strengthen our presence and ambitions in Germany.
With this acquisition, INFRANEO expands its presence across the Rhine and continues the development initiated with Martin GmbH in April 2021.
Today, Infraneo brings together more than 230 talents in Germany, serving large-scale projects in two of its key sectors: Infrastructure and Energy
