Infraneo announces the acquisition of PROLOG INGENIERIE, backed by Seven2<\/span><\/h2>

This operation strengthens the Group\u2019s long-standing expertise in the water cycle sector<\/a> and marks Infraneo\u2019s second strategic acquisition since Seven2 joined its capital in 2023.<\/p>

Infraneo is a company specializing in infrastructure integrity engineering across the water, energy, civil engineering, and building sectors. Operating in France, Germany, Belgium, and Spain, the company stands out for its technical skills and commitment to innovation.<\/p>

Founded in 1984 and based in Paris, PROLOG INGENIERIE is recognized for its hydraulic calculations in the water cycle field. In addition to its expertise in sanitation, PROLOG INGENIERIE brings valuable competencies in fluvial, maritime, and drinking water sectors. The company enhances Infraneo\u2019s service offering with its know-how in 1D-2D-3D hydraulic modeling, remotely managed hydraulic systems, self-monitoring, bathing water profiles, and pollution dispersion studies.<\/p>

With a team of around fifty engineers spread across three offices (Paris, Lyon, and Bordeaux), PROLOG INGENIERIE<\/a> also includes an Innovation and Digital division specialized in data processing, numerical simulations, 3D modeling, and artificial intelligence applied to the water sector. In 2023, the group achieved a turnover of more than 5.9 million euros.<\/p>

With the support of Seven2, Infraneo aims to become a European leader in infrastructure asset management, leveraging digital transformation and an ambitious expansion strategy.
