Infraneo, an engineering group specializing in infrastructure asset management, announces the acquisition of Martin GmbH, a company specializing in pipeline corrosion protection systems, based in Hattingen in Germany.<\/span><\/h2><\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

One \u200b\u200bmonth after acquisition of the Esiris group, Infraneo carries out its third external growth operation since the arrival of<\/span>Sparring Capital<\/a> as majority shareholder.<\/span><\/p>

Founded in 1970, Martin GmbH is a German engineering company specialising in anti-corrosion systems, helping its customers to protect their pipelines. The company, which has an excellent reputation, offers inspection and supervision services to public energy and water management institutions as well as to industrial and petrochemical companies.<\/p>

Martin GmbH, with 45 employees whose technical skills are recognised throughout Germany and Europe, brings essential expertise to the world of energy. The company has also been able to gradually broaden its offering and customer portfolio, and has identified promising growth drivers for the coming years.<\/p>
